Review on Vegetable Slicer Green Old Version by Andrea Ellis

I have been buying Benriner mandolins for professional use in the kitchen for over 10 years and the results are almost the same. Every green Benriner I've used has been excellent. Buy white instead, it's made to the same tolerance level as the old ones; The current green ones are noticeably off and don't work well. The food ramp is not aligned with the blade, the blade is not properly bonded and installed causing food to pool under the blade. Maybe Benriner sold the equipment used to make Green Mando and someone else is building it now? QA just isn't the same.
