Review on 🗄️ Promark Rear Drawer Slide Brackets - 10 Pairs by Covey Palmer

I ordered a set of 10 pairs. They look good, are durable and work well. Some other reviewers complained that the items didn't "hook" properly, so they ended up using them as regular sliders without the soft-close feature. This has happened to me too, but upon closer inspection it was because the side walls of my box weren't exactly parallel, so as the box went deeper there was more "play" from side to side. As a result, the locking tabs were lifted off the rail and locking did not occur. I did some carpentry work to line up the side panels of the cabinet, after that the rails worked perfectly. Make sure your cabinets are strictly parallel. 1/8 inch clearance may be forgiving for inexpensive European self-closing slides with nylon rollers at each end, but is too loose for this type of soft-close device. Can't comment on durability or rust resistance as I haven't had them in a while, but now the ball bearings run smoothly and the carriages look solid and well made.
