I like everything about this product! It is easy for our elderly parents who don't have technical know-how or computer skills (my mom) it helped them navigate their apartment very well without having trouble getting around my dad's wheelchair stuck behind things all day due too lack o tech knowledge - plus we were able use Augment app as they didn’t always want help using touch screen computers when visiting us at an assisted living center which was great because some people get bored so quickly there not sure what else i would say but overall its been wonderful!! We love being connected through augments via phone calls etc while away even if just checking email once every two weeks has made such huge difference.
