This is another update to a previous comment. As mentioned below, I have not been able to contact the seller via email or their website. BUT - they responded to my Revain review and immediately replaced the defective product. Given her willingness to make things right, I felt I should let her know. I hope the product works as expected. The box in particular looks well made and very solid. Fingers crossed. I don't know yet how the product will hold up over the long term, but I didn't want to leave my review as it is. The rest looks like the plastic is so loose that it breaks after a use or two, especially when it's cold and the material is even more brittle.
