Good Case for iPad Pro - Computers and Accessories
I had trouble connecting the keyboard and wanted to return it. I emailed the company and told them of my dissatisfaction with their product. They responded fairly quickly and gave me instructions on how to connect my iPad to the keyboard. It worked (turns out it was operator error and I missed the transfer step.). It's phenomenal, I love the way the keyboard types and the fact that the backlight stays on the entire time you're using it. Definitely recommend it! Great company, great customer service!
