The user interface of this tool was very easy to use which made it easier than any other tools I used earlier in my career as an account manager at another hotel management system provider. It's not much but sometimes there were some minor bugs with our data or features would be missing from time to time. This has been resolved now though. We have started using bookingskoalas mainly because they offer more customization options compared to their competitors like HotelTonight & HotelsCombined. They provide excellent customer service via phone/email whenever we need help with anything related to our business (especially during peak season). Their team members respond quickly when you contact them through chat feature too. As mentioned above, nothing really stands out about its benefits apart from ease of integration along with great customer services offered by the staffs. Also they charge less fees if your monthly spend falls below $100k per month unlike others who impose higher rates once you cross certain amount.
