Additional verification: I've since found through Revain reviews that I'm not the only one frustrated with crimping tools that don't fit 20-22AWG wire. These are the red connectors. I truly believe that Revain needs to listen to these complaints and get the Chinese manufacturers to stop the false advertising. Yes, I'm still looking for a crimping tool for thin wire. When many connectors are to be made, using an iron wedge fastened to a log is a waste of time. :-) I would like to thank you all for raising the same complaint. The worst thing is that some of the best American brands put their logos on these crimping tools. Sent back with plugs in a box. This system didn't work out of the box. Crimp #1 will not crimp red/pink connectors, so will hold 20 AWG wire. Every effort has been made to save the thing because I need it to work. Unfortunately, it became clear that the system would never work. After crimping I found that the metal was not fully crimped. This whole story left me very disappointed because there were so many 5 star reviews. There was NO WAY to customize it. I almost never send items back but this system was a waste of time. Revane was unable to contact the company to find out what happened.
