unit comes in a very small box (comes in a HUGE box) arrived with no damage to the packaging however there were a couple of bent ribs where the package had been smashed with nuts and bolts Heatsinks with just a strip of thin cardboard between them. The hose was also bent in half and tightened very tightly with a rubber band. It was twisted so badly that I feel uncomfortable using it as you can see the rubber is deteriorating where it has been stretched for so long. Aside from the hose, which is probably a quarter of the price of this unit and the poor packaging, it's a $30 heatsink, so that's about all I can expect. The clamps seem to be of mediocre quality, I will be replacing mine with better quality stainless steel clamps.
