Rugged Construction Fits Accessories

This unit fits into tight spaces and is strong enough to withstand anything that might ricochet off it. It comes with mounting hardware and Goodyear hose. This block was installed on the Impala SS, there is nothing cheap about this cooler.

Used to upgrade the power steering cooler.

This frame mount is a great upgrade for my factory radiator which matched the radiator coolant hose. This makes for much more efficient cooling and no more worrying about cross-contamination of coolant and power steering fluids.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Negative impression

Good quality cooler

I actually used this part as a power steering cooler. It is very efficient and well made. I am also satisfied with the mount for this type of cooler. I didn't want the cooler to be tied to an existing heatsink. This block installs itself and does not interfere with existing components. I don't know what to say about an oil cooler like this, but I recommend this part.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions

  • Little things

The hose was also bent in half and tightened very tightly with a rubber band. It was twisted so badly that I feel uncomfortable using it as you can see the rubber is deteriorating where it has been stretched for so long. Aside from the hose, which is

Value for money cooler

I don't know why some people think this is a weak cooler. Once installed, it becomes as rigid as possible. Added it to my 97 Express Van during an engine change. My van didn't come with a factory radiator although it did have a hydraulic booster which puts extra heat into the system and it's certainly a big improvement over the steel tube circuit that most vans and trucks came with. I installed it behind the front bumper to protect it from road debris in an area where there would still be some…
