I promised the customer service that I would re evaluation my review after the 3rd hoverboard. So here i am. After 2 failed hoverboards, the 3rd one works like a charm. My granddaughter loves it. The customer service is very concern about any problems that might arise. They want to make sure you are perfectly happy with their product. So feel free to purchase their products, they want to make sure you are 100 percent happy. If you're concern about having to try 3 to get a good one, sometimes it just happens. At least they'll make it right.
