Review on πŸ”‘ Convenient 2 Keychain Remotes for Liftmaster/Sears/Chamberlain/Craftsman Garage Door Openers by Sal Muniz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The design eliminates the possibility of accidentally opening the remote control when it is in your pocket/purse.

They were very easy to program with the garage door opener. Moving the stairs took longer than programming. Most of the time it was less than 10 seconds and it was done on the first try. But what I didn't know but what I liked the most was the design. There is a metal part that is put on the buttons. This prevents you from accidentally pressing the button when the remote control is in your pocket/purse. I walk my dogs daily and always go in and out through the garage. This means I have to carry a small remote control to get in and out. I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally pressed the open button when it was close enough to receive a signal and open it, but far enough away that I didn't see or hear it and head back home to the garage could. is wide open. Since I have a lot of valuables in my garage that I could easily walk away with, this poses a real security concern. (Most people have tools etc that are easy to hold and also have someone hide in the garage while you're away are!) It's more like dialing a phone! I try to be very careful, but it happens a few times a year. With this remote I don't have to worry about that anymore. If I could I would get 10 stars for that alone. The build quality is much better than other small keychains I've had in the past. This one is a bit heavier than the cheap flimsy plastic bottles I've had before. Hopefully this will make them last longer.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
