Review on 💨 Enhanced Air Intake Performance: Energy Efficient & Breathable for High Performance by George Robinson

I decided to purchase a central air cleaner for my air conditioner and contacted the local dealer for recommendations. I live in San Francisco and we've dealt with wildfire smoke year after year for six straight years and the MERV 13 hyperallergenic filter we used until recently didn't do much. Our HVAC contractor recommended either IQair or Breathable Intake. The Breathable Intake had pretty much the same specs (in terms of performance), with the exception of the swap rate, which is a hair's breadth from the IQair. We ended up going with the Breathable Intake MERV 16 filter due to cost and space constraints (IQair is huge!). The difference between the MERV 13 filter and this one is clearly noticeable during wildfire season. Now I can get my house to 0-20 AQI (indoor air purifier + MERV16) when it's around 150 outside (compared to 80-110 before with MERV 13 air purifiers and filters). Worth the price.
