Review on Set of 12 Anchor Hocking Heavy Base Highball Drinking Glasses, 15-oz by Vincent Blitz

This morning while I was in a hurry to feed the dog and run out the door, one of the glasses slipped and just started falling onto my counter before i caught it with my hands. My hands aren't made of clouds, but I use lotion every day and you expect them to stand up to the gentle touch of my dainty hand. This gentle fall was enough to shatter in my hands, scattering tiny shards of glass everywhere. I had to pick the dog up quickly and on the way to work I used my fingers to poke the glass out. I don't recommend them. Do yourself a favor and invest in a better set now. I still have 3 of the whole set after owning them for a year and a half. If you barely touch them, even with the most gentle, caring touch, or dare put them in the sink to wash with other dishes, they break 60% of the time every time.
