Review on 🔧 Spectre Performance 4-Inch Air Intake Bracket Kit - Model 9702 by Jason Robinson

I bought two of these mounts and a Specter Plenum with 4" pipe. The inner diameter of the mount is 3.863", while Specter 4" tubing has an outer diameter of 4.01". After looking at the Specter website, it seems like they expect you to butt weld the mount to the tubing or add more connectors (i.e. weak points/turbulence generators) to hook it up to the mains, this info doesn't appear anywhere on retailers' websites (revain, summit, etc.) it would be much better if it was a little larger than the tube , so you can move them around the tube to the best position. Don't waste your money.
