What diameter is it

This is a good product, looks good and has worked with a few tweaks, I needed something with an inside diameter to fit my 4" inlet pipe, it did is the same The same diameter as my pipe after cutting and clamping now fixes my 4" cold air intake pipe

Will not fit over 4 " pipe

I bought two of these mounts and a Specter Plenum with 4" pipe. The inner diameter of the mount is 3.863", while Specter 4" tubing has an outer diameter of 4.01". After looking at the Specter website, it seems like they expect you to butt weld the mount to the tubing or add more connectors (i.e. weak points/turbulence generators) to hook it up to the mains, this info doesn't appear anywhere on retailers' websites (revain, summit, etc.) it would be much better if it was a little larger than the…

I bought two of these mounts and a Specter pressure chamber with 4" tube. The inner diameter of the mount is 3.863", while Specter 4" tubing has an outer diameter of 4.01".
