Review on SeaSense Rope Cutter Gun with 4-Foot Power Cord by Derek Dolla
Not the best option for paracord
I bought it to cut paracord. It cuts, but about 60% of the time I still have to burn the ends because it doesn't work very well. I even tried waiting until the end was glowing red to make the cut. It seems to handle the larger cable better than the smaller 750 parachute cable which I was planning on using most of the time.
