stopped working after 3 months
stopped working today, 3 months after purchase. Peripherals attached to it (keyboard and mouse) stopped working, but when I plug them into other USB ports, they work fine. There doesn't seem to be any options on the Amazon website to resolve such issues outside of the return window. I tried Amazon chat but the bot has been "verifying it" for half an hour and I have to leave.
