I love this shovel, but the little dots on the gear that move when you squeeze the handle were pretty sharp on arrival. I took a file and filed the edges a bit so it wouldn't be as dangerous so it was easy to fix. I bought this spoon as it is perfect for risotto. I recently discovered a great way to use leftover risotto and I'm obsessed! It makes for a delicious and impressive breakfast. Take the remaining chilled risotto and scoop it firmly onto a plate with that 1/3 scoop. Flatten/widen the patty. Dip the patty in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry it in a little oil on both sides until nice and crispy. Then cover with boiled or fried egg (liquid). If you like, you can add a dash of Hollandaise sauce (great with asparagus and bacon risotto!). I recommend the bacon risotto for a good breakfast. If you have an Instant Pot, you might want to try Youtuber Pressure Luck's Tomato Bacon Risotto. The next morning there were fabulous risotto cakes.
