I just received it today so I'll judge from what I know but the safety issue is the holder is heavy and the nib is thick so let this work Don't slip the tool and burn it, there are also handles around the tools to help avoid burning yourself. If I find other things in the future I will edit my review but for now this is a great set and I plan to use it for many years until I can afford a better one
