The best part about Navinet is that it's very easy to use. I feel like anyone with a basic knowledge of computers could use Navinet without any problem. I dislike how you cannot download an older version if you have a computer problem or something. Navinet makes it extremely easy to manage all of my insurance claims. It also has a lot of great add-ons for when I need to send out invoices or get reimbursed for expenses. If you are in the business of managing insurance claims, then you really should consider using Navinet. It helped keep our paperwork organized and kept our staff from having to write down everything they did each day.
