Nice chef's knife! It goes well with both meat and vegetables!
I am satisfied with this chef's knife - it will handle any meat in the kitchen. All of this is perfect for slicing fruits and veggies (although it's bigger and bolder). The handle is made of smooth wood. The knife is even better than I expected but needs a sheath for storage. This is my only recommendation for keeping this knife looking new and not digging your hands in the drawer (except for the wooden knife block).
