The best part about this software is that it has very good customer support team who are always willing to help you out in any way possible as long as they know your problem or concern exists within their system. It can be used for tracking customers orders but I wish there was more customization options so we could easily change some of our custom fields names if needed without having too much hassle with code changes. We use compliantia internally at work because its easy customizable platform which allows us to create different types off reports all from one place where everything gets tracked by each department separately rather than using excel spreadsheets etc..
