Review on Fred IT Group by Doug Virden

I have used this software since 2002, currently with no significant issues that stand out from the rest. The interface could be more intuitive for inexperienced users as well as new features added at frequent intervals can make it difficult to use if you're not already familiar with your computer's functions (or lack thereof). This program is easy enough to figure out once its setup correctly but there are many steps involved to get set up properly which may be confusing for novice users or those who don't fully understand computers.
