I have used this software since 2002, currently with no significant issues that stand out from the rest. The interface could be more intuitive for inexperienced users as well as new features added at frequent intervals can make it difficult to use if you're not already familiar with your computer's functions (or lack thereof). I was able with this software to manage different data from multiple systems, like Vitals-Blood tests & labs, Radiology billing etc all on one computer platform which made our job so much simpler.
