Review on Fred IT Group by Shawn Bass

I was able with this software to manage different data from multiple systems, like Vitals-Blood tests & labs, Radiology billing etc all on one computer platform which made our job so much simpler. There were days where there would be some glitches when trying out new functions or even adding/changing values, however our support team got us through everything we needed them too. They also had a great system set up with notifications about important dates coming up such as payrolls/billing payouts etc that helped keep track of deadlines and schedules very easily! The team at Fred IT Group are always available when you need them, they listen and act on your feedback. They have been very responsive to our needs and we would highly recommend them. Nothing as such. We are working with Fred IT group to improve our website. They have done a great job so far. It has made our life easy by providing us with a platform that we can use easily to manage our business.
