First off, let me say that I almost never browse and buy from Revain A LOT. I keep running out of data on my phone and need a backup for about a week when I usually become homeless. Firstly it comes with a SIM card, I read so many reviews that it didn't but I bought it brand new. Also, activation wasn't a nightmare as many have said, I just went to att.com and selected the wireless option and then the att prepaid section. If you scroll all the way down you will see a selection of mobile hotspots and once there select Activate New Account on this page and simply follow the instructions. When you're done setting up, turn your hotspot off and on again and you're good to go! I love the touch screen functionality and everything is well laid out and I get great service. I've had direct calls before and this thing was a nightmare by comparison! I hope this helps someone debate whether or not they should buy!
