I got this card for 3D work in Cinema 4D with Octane Render so the thing runs at full load for hours. When rendering a scene, I average around 70-75°C, which is what I expected. While I haven't run any performance tests, from working passively on projects I can tell the card is MUCH faster than anything else. I had. (I'm coming from RTX 2070). I've even used 4x 1080 machines and it easily competes with those machines. Of course, the games are great too. I use a super ultra wide monitor, so the extra power really helps push frames up on such a wide and large screen. Yes, the price is annoying, but I don't think that's a reason to give an otherwise well-built and well-performing product 1 star. .
