I bought the product and received it with no problems. I also bought a sachet of ground coffee made specifically for cold brew (maybe it's just promotional rubbish but I assumed it was ground appropriately as it indicates cold brew use). I did everything correctly and according to the manufacturer's instructions and immediately filled the pot with water and coffee grounds. Then I thought I might have shaken it up a bit and dropped the ground coffee in. So I tried again and again the filter failed completely. Then I went and bought another coarse coffee I saw, a recommended one I found at my local grocery store. and the filter still didn't work. Extremely disappointed.
