I use 8 tablespoons of Folgers Custom Blend coffee, then slowly pour the water over the coffee in a circular motion, letting it ooze out and repeating until the pitcher is full. This is my second attempt at cold brewing and has been more successful. The coffee is good. I let my full 24 hours sit. Problems I've had in the past have been leaking seals on other products. This product is a single piece of glass and is very durable. My son accidentally dropped it on the floor and it didn't break and still works with no leaks.
