I've used each pan several times since I've had it and I use at least one a day. I read the reviews and found that some of them are either too picky or don't know how to care for SS cookware. I've never used SS, but you won't have any problems if you follow the rules and advice. I use Bar Keeper's liquid once a week on each pan to remove residue/tarnish. They shine and look new in a minute, see photos. I love strainer covers for the obvious reason, but they serve as a vapor outlet. The rim of each pot has a curved lip which I didn't think of until I realized it prevents food from sloshing over the side of the pot when pouring!
