Not for 2010 Honda Accord 3.5L V6
Item was sold as is but does not fit my 2010 Honda Accord EX-. l 3.5L V6. The lower part, the hydraulic tensioner, is much wider than the original and therefore cannot be bolted to the engine block. Revain needs to update the match sheet for this part and tag this seller.
