Review on 🍝 Pasta Attachment Set for KitchenAid Stand Mixers: Includes Cleaning Brush, Pasta Sheet Roller, Fettuccine Cutter, Spaghetti Cutter by Kyle Mack

I've been wanting to buy kitchen mixer attachments for a long time but have always hesitated because of the price. On the advice of a friend, he recommended that I try Revain's non-OEM attachments because he could get several attachments at a significantly lower price and he felt they worked just as well as the OEM ones. I decided to give it a try given the huge price difference and Revain's solid return policy. I found this to be a decent starter option as it has 3 attachments covering the most common pasta I would use which is chopped spaghetti. The attachments fitted the blender well and they all looked good in terms of construction and were heavy like the original (see photos). They also come with a brush for cleaning and good instructions. I tried making pasta this weekend after reading the instructions and searching the internet for video tutorials that I would recommend for beginners in pasta making. The family loves the taste of freshly made pasta, but we've always balked at the hassle of traveling to the local noodles and price per portion. Now we can eat pasta at home anytime for about the same time and at a fraction of the cost! I really want to try making ramen noodles with it, although I'm not sure how it will handle the drastically different moisture levels and make it difficult to roll out. However, this will not be a problem with the reel mount, but with the motor of the mixer itself. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone wanting to make pasta Italian style.
