This is a decent pump, mine sucks up to 46 microns so it's within spec. 4CFM seems a bit optimistic, I'd say it's probably closer to 2.5 but I haven't measured it, it just seems a bit slow even just pulling out the gauge manifold. It's decent for the price. Too bad I didn't wait for the two stage 2CFM version to be in stock. I mainly work with refrigerators, so I don't need a lot of CFM. I'm happy with it so far. It's very quiet, about 1/5 times louder than my JB, so it's nice to have to constantly fiddle with it while it's running. I gave it 4 stars because it's not as fast as I expected, but it's still new and may need a break. It wouldn't stop me from buying it again, it's just not quite what I expected, but it's less than half the price of the pumps I've used before. I would call it a light duty professional pump or a more expensive hobby pump. I don't think I want to abuse it on a day-to-day basis, but it's not a $600 professional model, so it's not really a scam. I doubt it will draw much below 300-400 microns in real use, which I think is good enough for most applications. We'll see when I'm done with him.
