I never use a sprayer just fill small pipettes and keep using them. This lube is great. Just make sure you use it properly. Apply a thin coat to the entire chain, then slowly step through all the gears. Then dry the chain with a clean cloth. Lubricant has already penetrated, the residue of which on the outside only leads to a dirty, rough gearbox. Do not leave it on the chain overnight and then dry it off before riding. By then, the cleaning solvents will have evaporated, leaving a sticky, oily film that picks up dirt. Apply, swirl for about a minute, wipe off and put the bike away. It will be ready to go next time you go.
