Captive screws need work
In what world can these things be used Where can I use my fingers to tighten screws on these things? Not much, I'll risk it. Captive screws must be replaced with screws that can be tightened with a screwdriver, preferably a Phillips screwdriver. The connector itself fits snugly enough, but there's little room to manipulate the screws with your fingers
