I was looking for a jumper cable and a tire repair kit. This set costs about the same but comes with a bunch of extras. So it's definitely the best value for money. All tools came in a nice bag. I didn't even know it was in the first aid kit. It has almost everything you need in an emergency, so I just throw it in the trunk of my car. The only item I keep away is a safety hammer. You'll want to be able to take it out of your seat if you have to cut your seatbelt and smash windows to get out. So don't leave it in your pocket. Hope that helps.
