Arrived on time. The design and quality are beautiful and correspond to the description. The plastic on the outside of the case is thick and flexible. I wish it was more. Now I have 5 pens and the 2 pens that came in the case don't fit without tweaking a bit. There is a small golden heart on the front of the case. Nowhere else is the Kate Spade New York name and/or logo authentic. But still cute!
