The aroma was delicious for 10 months. It was very easy to install on my faucet. When I received replacement filters and tried to replace them, absolutely nothing worked. I only used the included tool for about 20 minutes while wearing the extender as my arms are not that strong. I tried soaking it in hot water with vinegar for 10 minutes which ended 3 times making squeaky noises each time. but no movement. The only thing that has changed is that some water got into the bobbin thread on one side and the receiver ripped on the other side (see photo). To get to the instructions, I had to open one of the filter cartridges. I really hope to get it back yet as it is useless at the moment. So, nice filter, but consider that I only used it for 10 months and had to replace it completely. Bad value.
