This was my first print with CF filament and I had a lot of clogged nozzles initially. I followed some advice and played around with the settings and after using about 1/4 of the spool I had no more sticking. I am using a 0.4mm tungsten carbide nozzle on a Prusa MK3S+. I think the most important setting is to use zero pull. Second, I reduced the speed significantly and used a "maximum volumetric speed" of about 4mm^3/s. Third, I used high temperature printing. I also print a short "windshield" with a high skirt very close to the piece so the air around the first layer stays hot and doesn't warp. So far I like the filament very much.
