If you are looking for something beautiful, these copper pans are just what you need. If you are looking for non-stick coating, easy cleaning and great value for money, keep looking! Not only are these things not considered non-stick, they REALLY are considered SUPER sticky! And when something sticks, like bacon, you have to rub and rub to get it off. This will naturally cause the bottom of the pot to lose its coppery color and turn grey, so your "beauty" is gone too! I would classify them as a waste of money and they are expensive. You don't always get what you pay for. I don't know what they're using as criteria for their "ultra non-stick" claim, but that's bullshit. PS I have no idea where this 4+ rating is coming from. From what I've seen in the reviews, almost all of them had serious sticking issues. If someone buys a product for a specific reason, in this case nonstick, which turns out to be NOT the case, it follows that almost every review is 2 stars or less. It seems very likely to me that the rating was made up and could be dismissed as a FUNCTION.
