Bought for cheap/quick installation in a closed motorcycle trailer. I assembled stainless steel, through the crossbars under the plywood. Three rings were used on each of the 4 sportbikes and none of the rings broke or deformed during a several thousand mile trip. These are just plain rings, but they vary in performance and functionality.
