I've seen people with this type of product holding a spare inner tube to the frame. Unfortunately, it doesn't look to me like this will work as expected. Maybe I used it wrong and the tube I was trying to tie to my frame was too thick? stay locked up. On top of that, the latch itself folded back all the way, releasing the strap. I'm not sure if it holds the tube securely to the frame with every stretch and doesn't come loose. . I'll keep trying to get it working. I will update my rating when I have more success. Although not at first.
