Review on Wusthof Classic 2 Inch Paring Knife by Phillip Jaylon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Extremely high quality

Someone stole my Mercer paring knife that was in my cooking school knife set and replacing that knife would cost me more than using Wüsthof so I figured I might as well have a world famous one can choose name since it was the same price. I am very glad I bought this knife, it has a thin blade that glides easily over whatever you are cutting. Use it to peel the rind of a lemon without tearing the rind or getting the pit! The ergonomic handle feels comfortable and easy to hold, no matter which handle you use. I prefer the standard chef's grip, but the grinder grip and granny grip are equally comfortable and controllable with this type of grip. You will not be disappointed

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Sad packaging
