Don't buy old devices. Dinosaur VCR
This VCR was clearly not tested before shipment. The VCR actually took 2 brand new videocassettes which cost me an additional 12.00 plus shipping which your company does not have to reimburse. In fact, I don't recommend such old technologies because of the outdated hardware. Also, this VCR didn't come with a proper remote control and I had to buy one to pair with it. So I lost another $10 for it and now I don't need the remote anymore.
