Very happy with this aquarium tree

Mine arrived in excellent packaging. Two pieces, each sealed separately with tape and will not break. Boil them for a few hours and then let them dry in full sun. It is perfectly normal for natural wood to form a white biofilm. Depending on the type of wood, this can take several months. It's completely harmless. You can just scrape or brush it off and vacuum it out with a water change.
