Good product great customer service
I bought this as a 'dock' for my work laptop but was unable to install the required driver as our work laptops don't allow external software installation. USB. I contacted customer service about this problem and they answered me quickly how to install the driver. After that it worked fine as my docking station. Short message. My work laptop doesn't have a USB-C connection (I know it's old) so I used a USB 3.0 connection instead and it works great.
