The goods came quickly. The instructions were fine. The velcro is strong but could be better positioned, especially for the upper as it came loose a few times. This little wild kitten has been hanging around in my garden since I was a child. I was able to catch his brother and sister to save him but not him. He sleeps on the back stairs, which I don't use often, but it was raining so I figured it out (and it's getting colder). I built two Styrofoam shelters, but he wouldn't go in. He entered this within a few hours. I put a cloth wrapped brick inside so it won't explode when not inside. I only have one clear plastic cover on the tailgate, I will be adding a second one in a few days. Keeps it warm and dry so I love it. I don't think I would trust it to stay dry in heavy rain, but it's under the porch so should be fine. I really like that the flaps can be removed. The bottom kept flexing before I pushed it out with a brick so it's annoying but overall a good buy and I'm glad the cat likes it. Catch him now and sterilize him
