I like that this system allows me to create my own forms for patients/clients as well have them fill out their information using it's app or website interface which has been very helpful in our office! It can be confusing at times when you are trying figure things such us how do i get started etc but once we figured everything was fine there were no issues what so ever!! We use hinai alot because of all its benefits especially since most insurance companies require certain documentation from physicians before they will pay anything towards patient care costs including medical billing services.
