Review on 🐠 Seachem Reef Advantage Calcium - 500g for Enhanced Reef Health by Amber Gonzales

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's really hard to say if I love it or hate it because Calcium Chloride is standard.

As this is a fairly simple concoction of chemicals essential to the health of many calcifying marine organisms, it's really hard to say if I like it or not as Calcium Chloride is the standard food item when it comes to calcium supplements . , but I'll mention one important thing that I'm not sure if anyone else already understood the comment (and if they did, they didn't write anything about it). Although this product says "Seachem Reef Calcium Benefit" on the label, it actually contains more than just calcium! Read the front label and in the fine print you'll see that it also contains some magnesium and strontium. At the bottom of the label you will see a list of ingredients and it contains CALCIUM CHLORIDE, MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE and STRONTIUM CHLORIDE. The Guaranteed Analysis section states that this product contains approximately 17 mg magnesium and approximately 0.34 mg strontium per gram. aquariums! Don't make the mistake of not checking exactly what you're adding and how much of that supplement you're adding to your tank. If you are adding magnesium and strontium to the aquarium with this product then I strongly recommend adding this product first, then adding magnesium and/or strontium and then testing the water for magnesium, calcium and strontium. Anything else about how my coral or other marine life in my tank is doing as a result of this product is purely anecdotal and really should be taken with a grain of salt (no pun intended).
