I've only used this about a dozen times in the last month for a single project. For marking I use a 0.5 mm pencil. I like the accuracy, the function's ability to draw a perfect parallel line with an edge. Some complain about "too weak", on the other hand I like this option for reasons of flexibility. Although it bothers me with flexing and warping if not handled properly. I love how I can make a perfect circle (up to about 6 inches) without having to search for round objects around the house to make circles anymore. A 0.7mm pencil will do, although you'll have to remove a few holes to accommodate it. When using a 0.5mm pencil, the lead tends to break badly, you need to be very careful and painstaking. ALSO the price should be adjusted, I think it's 25-30%. I'll probably get a bigger scale in the future. Unless someone else offers a better option/price. One more note: Don't count on having multiple catalogs that I NEVER requested arrive in my inbox every few weeks. Had I known I was going to receive "junk mail" I would have looked elsewhere for a different seller.
